Welcome to Spoon, an online food-ordering platform for the Thakur College of Engineering and Technology (TCET) canteen. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Who Can Use Spoon

  • Spoon is intended only for TCET students.
  • You must use your own account and your own verified email.
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

  • Use Spoon only to place genuine orders for yourself.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
  • Misuse may result in suspension or termination of your account, at our discretion.

3. Menu, Pricing & Availability

  • Menu items, availability, and prices may change at any time without prior notice.
  • An item may become unavailable even after you have placed an order (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are placed for immediate preparation and are confirmed after successful payment.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are issued as Spoon Wallet credit — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Order Collection

Spoon is a pickup-only service. Orders must be collected from the TCET canteen counter after you receive the "Ready for Pickup" notification. See our Pickup & Fulfilment Policy.

6. Service Availability

Spoon may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, canteen operating hours, or reasons beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Spoon after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
