Pickup & Fulfilment

1. Online Ordering, Counter Pickup

Spoon is an online ordering platform only. Spoon does not provide home delivery or any doorstep service.

2. Placing an Order

• You may place your order from anywhere — classroom, library, or campus.
• All orders are prepared at the TCET canteen.

3. Collecting Your Order

• Orders must be collected in person from the TCET canteen counter.
• Collect your food only after you receive the "Ready for Pickup" notification.
• Please reach the counter promptly so orders keep moving and everyone is served fresh.

4. Eligibility

Pickup is available only for TCET students using their own verified account.

5. Delivery Charges

As Spoon is pickup-only, there are no delivery charges and no shipping is involved.
